We are happy to welcome you all to Belgium in De Panne. We are glad to help you with all practical cases. First, we want to help to find the right hotel at our location. There is a wonderful hotel next to the competition theatre with 500 beds, so places are limited. Off course there are more hotels in the touristic neighborhood, but there is a very good offer for all groups who want to stay at the Competition Location.

Plopsa hotel
This is one of the most sought-after hotels in Belgium. This is a fantastic family hotel, with themed hotel rooms. Only family rooms are available for 4 to 6 people.
Plopsaland has provided exceptional conditions for our event. These conditions can only be obtained through our organization for anyone who has anything to do with the world championships.
There is space for 500 people. To avoid creating empty beds, reservations can only be made per room. The hotel is brand new and is located next to the theatre.

J - club
J-Club is a great youth hotel with all facilities. The price is a bit more accessible, but the location is 5 min from Plopsaland with the shuttle service.
This is an ideal solution for a large delegation that might want to rent the entire hotel, as there are 240 beds divided into rooms per 2 or per 4.
